We are Hud and VA certified to show, and sale HUD and VA foreclosures though their bidding process. All participant buyers are required to bid on the properties and if won, submit contracts to close on the properties within 30 days. The properties are purchased in an AS IS condition and it at the buyers responsibility to inspect the property prior to bidding or winning the bids.
